Redesigning the web presence of an employee experience platform

About the project
WorkVivo is an all-in-one employee experience platform designed to connect and engage employees across companies. It centralizes internal communications, knowledge, and engagement tools into a single, AI-powered workspace.
The platform helps HR and internal communications teams unify fragmented tools and streamline operations. By fostering a culture of transparency and belonging, it transforms how organizations listen to, recognize, and align their workforce.

Challenge
Workvivo needed a website redesign to match its enterprise positioning and better communicate the product’s scale and depth. Existing materials didn’t build enough trust with HR leaders and business decision‑makers, so the client expected a clearer, more structured site experience.
Our process
We rebuilt WorkVivo’s web presence from research through well-considered design, turning a social-feeling first concept into a clean, multi-layered website.

Results
WorkVivo’s redesigned website gave the platform a presence that matched its enterprise scale — clean, structured, and credible for HR and corporate audiences. The reusable component system provided the client’s engineering team with a build-ready foundation that could scale and evolve over time. In 2023, WorkVivo was acquired by Zoom, further validating its momentum, with the refreshed site in place to support its next phase of growth.
Our approach
As enterprise buyers scan for product depth and authority before engaging with any content, we designed Workvivo’s site to clearly communicate both within the first critical moments of interaction.
{{approach}}
When your branding and positioning are clear, your business shapes perception, builds trust, and drives growth. That said, a strong identity creates an emotional connection with the audience, making you memorable, recognizable, and impossible to ignore.
But without this, the opposite happens. So, no matter your needs, be it launching a new business or refreshing an existing one, investing in branding services ensures you stand out in a crowded market and attract the right audience.
