Advanced AI-driven recruitment technology that transforms how companies hire talent
Casefair is a recruitment platform designed to help companies find top talent through AI-driven screening and candidate insights. By easing the workload of HR departments, it ensures they only deal with qualified candidates.
The platform works by having candidates solve theoretical problems, which are automatically graded based on their approach to real-world scenarios. This way, HR teams can then quickly identify those who meet their needs.
The client asked us to help them invent their corporate identity and showcase it coherently across all channels. Since Casefair is a state-of-the-art platform offering top-of-the-range recruitment solutions, its website’s design, logo, and brand had to communicate those markers clearly. Having noted the client’s preferences, our design team got to work.

The result
After a brief but meticulous design process, we have presented our vision for Casefair. With color psychology in mind, we chose light green as the primary color — representing hopefulness, balance, and reliability. The identity overall feels neat and spacious, with design elements hinting at the high-tech nature of the company. Casefair’s new logo ingenuously combines several images all associated with searching and working with people. Depending on how you look at it, the logo alludes to a human with a raised hand, a “cone of vision,” and even a radar screen — just right to capture the essence of Casefair. Needless to say, the client loved our idea and promptly adopted it.
The main goal of our client was to build a patient-friendly platform with a positive and stress-free approach. As not every person is a tech guru, it was also crucial to simplify the website’s functionality, creating an intuitive interface with different languages available. Besides, the client put a strong emphasis on data security, as sensitive information about patients’ health must always remain confidential.

To verify various hypotheses and to better understand what users wanted, the client conducted A/B testing and, based on this analysis, generated various tasks for us to implement. Some users were directed to the unaltered version of the site, and some would see the new one. One of the intriguing cases involved the testing of website registration methods:

To handle data management, we employed Redux and Redux-saga. The Redux library helps us manage the state of the application in a centralized and predictable manner, while Redux-saga enables us to manage and test side-effects such as data fetching and backend communication.
The combination of these libraries has allowed us to create a robust and maintainable front-end that is capable of handling large amounts of data and state changes.Redux and Redux-saga
