Designing an empowering website for Canadian women’s health care

About the project
A Canadian DTC telehealth platform connects patients with licensed practitioners for stigma-associated conditions — including weight loss, acne, birth control, and menopause.
Balancing clinical expertise with an empowering voice, it focuses primarily on Canadian women aged 30–50, helping them destigmatize these conditions and supporting them throughout their health journey.

Challenge
The client needed a full site refresh aligned with its pivot toward women’s health and with updated design standards for the telehealth market. They expected us to deliver a competitor-informed homepage redesign, stronger conversion logic, and a Webflow build.
Our process
We combined research insights, user-focused design, and a scalable Webflow build to deliver an updated website that inspires users and supports platform growth.

Results
The refined website established a focused women’s health identity that separates the brand from broad-condition competitors in the telehealth market. Conversion-focused flows and strategically placed CTAs supported clearer user journeys. At the same time, the production-ready Webflow build and reusable components provided a scalable foundation for growth and faster rollout of new services.
Our approach
Our approach centered on creating an emotionally engaging yet medically credible experience that makes users feel supported and confident at every step.

When your branding and positioning are clear, your business shapes perception, builds trust, and drives growth. That said, a strong identity creates an emotional connection with the audience, making you memorable, recognizable, and impossible to ignore.
But without this, the opposite happens. So, no matter your needs, be it launching a new business or refreshing an existing one, investing in branding services ensures you stand out in a crowded market and attract the right audience.
