end-to-end development and QA by Halo Lab for a healthcare cloud-based platform

About the project

SimpliClaim is a healthcare cloud-based platform developed by the Caring Company to support Australian hospitals in managing medical claims and payments more efficiently and securely. Through digital innovation, the company develops software to improve the experiences of patients and medical providers.

The platform digitizes claim submission, tracking, and verification, replacing manual processes with a centralized system. As a result, claims are processed faster, errors are reduced, and workflows become easier to scale across hospital operations.

Challenge

Caring Company aimed to transform SimpliClaim from a concept into a reliable product ready for market adoption. The goal was to deliver end-to-end development and QA to ensure regulatory compliance and a trustworthy, consistent user experience across all stakeholders.

Our process

When working on the project, we combined in-depth research, full-stack development, and testing to build a secure, growth-ready system, which aligns with hospital needs and compliance standards.

Results

The collaboration helped Caring Company turn SimpliClaim into a stable, market-ready product supported by rigorous QA. By introducing structured testing and sprint-based delivery, we reduced risks in development and gave the client confidence in releasing new features on schedule. Patients and providers now benefit from a platform that simplifies claims submission and tracking, while the company can focus on scaling its offering rather than firefighting technical issues.

Our approach

Every technical decision was guided by real hospital workflows and the need for a system that could scale without adding operational risk.
