Client’s challenges & expectations
VitVio needed to stand out in a competitive field with players like Proximie, Scalpel.ai, and CareSyntax. Their goal was to build a credible identity that conveyed innovation and safety, while also appealing to hospitals and investors. They expected a distinctive design, a website tailored to decision-makers, and a scalable brand system for consistent use across presentations and product materials. Our role was to deliver branding, UX/UI, and guidelines to support investor outreach and strengthen trust in the market.

Our approach

- Brand & digital
identity- Logo design concepts (3–5 versions) with rationale
- Full brand system: logo usage, color palette, typography, icons, and imagery
- Brand guidelines to ensure consistent use across website, product, and investor materials
- Design
- Website concepts with hero section, animations, and messaging focus
- UX/UI design of a 6–7 block site optimized for clarity, credibility, and engagement

- Conversion & communication
support- Clear call-to-actions placed in key sections of the website
- Investor-focused pitch deck design (10–15 slides) aligned with branding, designed for clarity and persuasion

Results
VitVio’s new brand identity and website strengthened their professional image, helping the company communicate its value to hospitals, partners, and investors with clarity. The cohesive design system and UX/UI assets provided a foundation for consistent engagement and growth. In 2025, VitVio successfully secured a €1.8 million pre-seed investment led by LDV Capital with participation from Bek Ventures and other strategic investors — a milestone supported by the stronger market positioning and credibility achieved through this project.
- Business value
- Accelerated engagement with leading partners, including a pilot with the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital
- Stronger market positioning reflected in the successful securing of backing from LDV Capital and Bek Ventures
- Foundation for growth, with scalable brand assets ready to support future pilots, investor outreach, and product expansion
