About the project
Vial is an Albanian Web3 startup building the first decentralized community for Albanians worldwide, connecting users through rewarded physical activity.
Its flagship product — a move-to-earn mobile app — rewards users with ViAL points for daily steps, which can be used within the ecosystem’s marketplace and auctions, with long-term plans to integrate a native blockchain token.

Challenge
The walk-to-earn space was already shaped by major players setting high standards for user experience and engagement. Vial engaged the Halo Lab team to create a mobile product that could compete in the category while remaining accessible and intuitive to a crypto-new audience.
Our process
To close the gap between the inherent complexity of Web3 and the simplicity everyday users expect, we took Vial from category research to a fully handoff-ready interface, creating a clearer, more accessible product experience.
