Insurance company managers and automotive corporations typically face challenges with complex software. That’s why the process of collecting data from vehicles can be a bit of a headache.

Real-time vehicle tracking, predicting potential problems, and accident reconstruction — all of these had to be considered in the product design. A perfect software offers everything in one place, simplifying things for those who aren’t fluent in the language of technology.

Client’s challenges & expectations

Home Medix needed to modernize the way patients access medical equipment and related services. Traditional DME purchasing is often complicated, with unclear insurance coverage, limited product information, and outdated digital experiences that frustrate seniors and caregivers. The challenge was to create a platform that would simplify the buying process, build trust through clear product presentation, and provide supportive tools like consultations and coverage checks.

The client expected a user-friendly e-commerce site tailored to an older audience, with intuitive navigation, accessible design, and features that reduce the stress of managing healthcare needs.     • Applied a clean, accessible visual style with larger typography, high-contrast elements, and clear call-to-action buttons for senior usability
